Senior Applied AI Engineer (Agents, RAG & Production Systems)
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, Series A enterprise AI company transforming how major financial institutions automate and scale client-ready work. Their platform replaces complex, manual processes with production-grade AI systems used by global teams.
The Role
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role building core AI infrastructure. You’ll design and deploy multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks, shipping AI features into production at real scale. You’ll work closely with founders and collaborate across the stack, from backend services to deployment pipelines.
What You’ll Do

Build and deploy backend services and APIs (Python preferred)

Design and operate production AI systems including RAG and agent orchestration

Own performance, reliability, and scalability of AI features

Build data pipelines for model training and evaluation

Mentor engineers and uphold strong engineering standards
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of software engineering experience

Proven experience shipping AI systems to production

Strong backend engineering skills (Python, relational databases)

Experience with cloud infrastructure, Docker, CI/CD, Redis, and task queues

Familiarity with LLM evaluation, monitoring, and AI reliability
