Manager, Business Development Representatives
OTE: $165,000 – $198,000 / year (Base + Bonus) + Stock Options + Benefits
Location: Tysons Corner, VA or Boston  We are working with a business that is revolutionising regulation operations by helping their clients accelerate digital transformation and reduce cost & risk. They are replacing the legacy tools in the Governance Risk and Compliance space with their modern tech stack and taking GRC by storm!

The need to knows:

- Series A, 21.5million with next funding round wheels in motion
- 4 verticals, Financial Services, US Fed, High-Tech & Energy
- Opportunity to build business development function from the ground up
- Hire and manage a team of BDR's
- Comprehensive health insurance, 401k, stock options, and unlimited holiday
- $175k OTE, base 100-120k 

What we need from you:

- 2 years experience in Enterprise SaaS selling
- Experience selling yo CISO & Senior Security prospects in F500 businesses 
- Based in either Boston / DC
