AVP Sales - Software Development; Data, AI and Digital Experience
Remote, US (East or Central)
$380k - $440k OTE

After a period of expansion and acquisitions (4 total), I was recently briefed by an end-to-end software consulting and development company ($200m) that is looking to continue the build out of their sales org, with the need to hire an AVP Sales / Senior individual contributor.

They’re experts in their field, and their leadership status given by Forrester and a happy customer base backs this up (e.g. Nielsen, HBO, McKesson). Having successfully delivered on over 3,000 software projects, with a consistent NPS score of 70+, their globally diverse and strong engineering arm allows them to be competitive wherever they need to be.

In this role you will be selling net new solution driven and project based work, that includes services across AI / Data Management, Digital Experience and Platforms, Consulting and Managed Services. The client base will all be large Enterprise with opportunities available in Banking and Financial Services, Communication and Media, Retail, E-Commerce and Tech; high 6 to 7 figure deals.

The main value piece? It’s all about timing. The building blocks and resources are where they need to be, natural teething issues post acquisition have been ironed out, and a clear roadmap in place for success; together it creates a fantastic opportunity to join a company in growth mode.

For compensation we would be looking at an OTE of $380k - $440k (could go above for the right person). Plans would be uncapped.
