Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading high-performing business development teams, preferably in Tech-Enabled Services, IT Services, or IT Staffing.
  • Proven track record of managing profit and loss (P&L) and driving significant year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated expertise in new logo acquisition and strategic business planning.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software, with a knack for securing large deals across various industries.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit coupled with strategic and decisive thinking.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related field is required, with a preference for those holding an MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
