Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading high-performing business development teams, preferably in Tech-Enabled Services, IT Services, or IT Staffing.
- Proven track record of managing profit and loss (P&L) and driving significant year-over-year revenue growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in new logo acquisition and strategic business planning.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software, with a knack for securing large deals across various industries.
- An entrepreneurial spirit coupled with strategic and decisive thinking.
- A Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related field is required, with a preference for those holding an MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
