Backed by Salesforce Ventures, this Series B company has seen tremendous growth. They are hiring the first Sales Director to manage the U.S. and APAC sales team. Reporting directly into the CRO, you will have direct access to their impressive executive and leadership team.

 

The company has seen 100% YoY growth for the last 4 years. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a high-growth environment, as a primary initiative when joining the organization will be to support the continued growth of the sales team.

 

Your responsibilities:

? You will assume leadership of a growing sales organization, which includes individual contributors to help drive growth in your region.

? You will plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.

? A key to your success will be developing a rich ecosystem of prospects and customers, Salesforce stakeholders, and S.I. partners in conjunction with our global Alliances team

? You will be masterful in client engagement and impact how your customers do business in an ever-changing environment.

? You will coach your team to develop in their careers and inspire your team to do the best work of their life.

 

Your Experience:

? 8+ years of sales experience in a technical environment, including selling to Enterprise clients and min 2 years in a management role.

? Experience working on complex sales cycles, applying a structured value-selling methodology

? Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

? Willingness to travel approx 20% including on-sites with prospects & customers.

? A strong experience of the Salesforce ecosystem is a real plus!
