Job description

Trust & Safety Analyst II – £50,000 + Benefits | Fully Remote (UK, US, or Canada)

Join a mission-driven, fully remote team helping protect and empower a global online community. We’re looking for a Trust & Safety Analyst II to help keep our platform secure, fair, and compliant — supporting users, reviewing content, and investigating potential fraud or policy breaches.

About the Role

As a Trust & Safety Analyst, you’ll work collaboratively across Operations, Legal, and Product teams to uphold the platform’s rules and ensure a safe and positive experience for all users. You’ll investigate suspicious activity, moderate content, handle privacy and account concerns, and maintain internal documentation and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company guidelines.

  • Investigate fraudulent activity, scams, chargebacks, and intellectual property complaints.

  • Communicate directly with users regarding account or policy issues.

  • Use data tools and dashboards to identify suspicious or high-risk activity.

  • Collaborate with Legal and Payments teams to resolve escalations.

  • Contribute to policy documentation, process improvements, and cross-functional updates.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of Trust & Safety experience.

  • Strong communication, judgement, and decision-making skills.

  • Comfortable working with sensitive material and handling confidential data.

  • Familiar with queue-based workflows and tools such as Zendesk, JIRA, or Looker.

  • Highly organised with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with fraud detection, policy enforcement, or intellectual property is a plus.

What’s on Offer

  • £50,000 annual salary

  • Fully remote role with flexible 4-day workweek (M–Th or Tu–F)

  • 100% employer-paid health plans (where applicable)

  • 16 vacation days + 10 sick days + company-wide winter break

  • 16 weeks paid parental leave & family planning support

  • 25 annual volunteer hours

  • A diverse, inclusive, and mission-led team environment
