Our client, a High-Growth SaaS organization in the Conversational AI Space, is seeking a Strategic Customer Consultant.

This organization is an award-winning Leader in AI Conversational Commerce, who are going through a massive growth spurt courtesy of a $25M VC investment. They've developed and brought to market one of the most comprehensive SaaS platforms in today's market, allowing business users to create, configure, design, monitor and optimize digital sales assistants - finding huge success with a number of enterprise clients. 

They're urgently looking for their next Strategic Customer Consultant to come into a high velocity, well-supported environment and take them to the next level. You'll have the opportunity to grow with the organization, all the while having the flexibility and autonomy to put your fingerprint on the role and the way the team does business. Supported by a world-class CCO, you will work with the GTM Accounts Team providing support to their high potential accounts, to ensure the success of their largest and most strategic clients. 

Candidates for this role can be completely remote across the East Coast (US). 


Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as Customer Success Manager and / or Technical Account Manager within a fast-paced SaaS vendor
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively navigate organisations
  • Strong Consulting skills from working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for clients and their subsidiaries within a SaaS vendor
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, responsible, and passionate about exceeding client expectations
  • Effective communicator both internally and externally
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and perform effectively in ambiguous environments
  • Outstanding asynchronous and remote communications skills
  • Experience with account planning & customer success plans
  • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
