Overview: My Client, a prominent force in enterprise software planning, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their dynamic team. This globally renowned firm, catering to over 4000 esteemed clients, specializes in optimizing enterprise portfolio management, project and resource management, as well as business intelligence and expense tracking solutions. Due to consistent and organic growth, My Client is expanding its team.

Job Role: The Senior Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving new business development and revenue growth within the UK and Ireland regions. This position, under the guidance of the Vice President of Sales, involves a full-cycle sales process, targeting the world's leading enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, results-driven individual with a strong background in B2B, SaaS, and technology sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing effective sales strategies to engage and convert potential enterprise customers into long-term partners.
  • Utilizing in-depth knowledge of the enterprise SaaS market to lead and manage the sales process, including presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Navigating complex sales scenarios with a strategic approach, overcoming objections and progressing deals.
  • Independently identifying customer requirements and formulating plans to generate and close new business.
  • Consistently achieving revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Fostering internal collaborations to ensure a seamless customer onboarding and maximum value from My Client’s offerings.
  • Tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of prospects and effectively communicating the value of these solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise-wide application sales, specifically to C-level decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in navigating complex sales cycles and organizational structures.
  • Demonstrated success in SaaS sales.
  • Strong team collaboration skills, especially in a virtual sales environment.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with modern sales technologies such as SFDC, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, etc.
  • Expertise in value-based and ROI-focused software solution positioning.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
