Our client, a High-Growth SaaS organization in the Cyber Security Space, is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Business Development Representative. 

This organization is under a massive growth spurt courtesy of a large ($50M) VC investment, looking to scale their sales organization with high-caliber talent. They’ve developed and brought to market a solutions for endpoint and cloud security analytics that no other organization offers - finding massive organic success over the last year and bringing on a number of enterprise clients. 

They’re urgently looking for their next Sr. Business Development Representative to come into a well supported and driven environment and help take them to the next level. You'll have the opportunity to autonomously build your book of business, being supported by a world-class CRO and demand generation team, selling bleeding edge security technology and helping develop go-to-market plans. This position offers significant commission-earning potential, fast-paced career development, and numerous opportunities for personal achievement.

Candidates for this role can be completely remote across the US.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum two years as an SDR/BDRs
  • Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a positive can-do attitude over the phone and in-person
  • Ability to navigate SFDC and sales acceleration tools (Outreach.io, Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, etc)
  • A passion for Software as a Service (SaaS) and a desire to grow their career in Security is a plus.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
  • Very motivated, proactive and goal-oriented
  • Consistently meets or exceeds metrics set by management
  • B2B security startup and SaaS experience is a plus
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP or other cloud technologies is a plus
  • Experience with selling EDR, CWPP, CSPM and/or container solutions is a plus
  • Proven track record of successfully hitting metrics and quota
  • Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, high-energy and diligent work ethic.
