Job description

A leading company in AI-driven retail solutions is looking for a Senior Vice President of Product Management to oversee their Retail CPG division. This executive role is crucial for spearheading comprehensive product strategies that resonate with market demands and customer needs in the Retail and CPG sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies that align with current market trends and customer requirements, ensuring they stand out in the marketplace.
  • Lead product and platform development, from initial discovery through to delivery, ensuring the development of high-quality solutions.
  • Stay at the forefront of GenAI technologies and industry advancements, assessing and integrating new technologies into product offerings.
  • Enhance customer experience focusing on Supply Chain, Customer Centricity, Shelf Optimization, and Category Management.
  • Utilize deep technical expertise in AI and Generative AI technologies to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Define and measure success through established OKRs, metrics, and KPIs, and communicate these to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of over 20 product managers, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; MBA highly preferred.
  • Extensive leadership experience within the SaaS industry, ideally with exposure to retail and CPG applications.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing high-growth product lines, ideally generating revenues of $250m+.
  • Strong strategic acumen with a proven ability to identify market opportunities and convert them into actionable product plans.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, capable of building high-performing teams and fostering robust client and team relationships.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client and partner engagements.
