Senior Technical Account Manager (Streaming Media)
Permanent, Full-time
Hybrid working- New York
Salary- up to $105K per annum + bonus
Stott and May are pleased to be working with a dynamic, Digital Technology client who are looking to expand their team!
The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for liaising with the company’s client base, understanding the clients’ technical needs and supporting the team to transfer their ideas into roadmaps.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients to understand their technical needs and giving them suitable options to support their ideas
- Keeping up to date with current/on trend market knowledge to help with the delivery of new products
- Being the first point of contact for all customers/clients and providing them with recommendations for products/services that will benefit their business
- Responsible for giving training when needed to customers/clients on the products/services that they have purchased
-Review feature requests, technical needs & requirements of existing customer book of business
-Liaise with Product Development, Engineering and Operations Departments to validate solutions for client deliverables
Requirements and skills:
- Background in Technical Support, Engineering & Software & Product Development
- Experience in building User Stories and defining clear technical requirements
- Strong client facing experience in sales and good customer service skills
- Relevant experience in Video Streaming or Broadcast/Digital Media.
