Your Mission
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will enhance trading capabilities by developing and optimising the core trading backbone. Your work will span new feature development, reducing technical debt, and integrating systems into our broader technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-stack development to support the trading platform.
- Collaborate on architecture decisions.
- Maintain and support existing codebases.
- Research and integrate new technologies.
- Promote a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience with C#/.NET.
- Experience developing front and middle office systems in financial or trading environments.
- Strong SQL skills, with experience in optimizing and managing complex databases.
- Proven ability to create cloud-native solutions (Azure or AWS).
- Familiarity with event-driven microservices architectures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- FX Experience
Additional Desirable Skills
- Python programming experience.
- Familiarity with FIX or SWIFT messaging systems.
- Understanding of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React).
