Job Title Business Manager – Change Manager

Location Luxembourg (60% onsite, 40% remote)

Day Rate €569 per day

Contract Duration 11 months

Start Date ASAP

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager – Change Manager to support multi-entity technology transformation initiatives within a complex environment. This role combines Agile project coordination with structured change management and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Business Project Delivery

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Master, developers and business analysts to keep sprint preparation and execution on track
  • Identify cross-team dependencies and proactively manage them to avoid delays
  • Promote alignment across teams by enabling a unified view of priorities and business outcomes
  • Maintain a forward-looking sprint pipeline, ensuring dependencies, risks and priorities are identified early
  • Enable decision-making where required, including escalation when necessary
  • Deliver timely sign-offs and sprint inputs including clarifications and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure requirements are validated through continuous backlog refinement
  • Support engagement between the business and the external service provider

Target Operating Model Design and Change Management

  • Support the design of the new Target Operating Model for non-EU External Offices, aligning to current standards where possible
  • Develop and deliver a change management plan aligned to the newly designed Target Operating Model
  • Identify impacted stakeholders and support change impact assessments
  • Prepare communication materials, coordinate training and support operational updates
  • Facilitate stakeholder readiness for new processes, functionalities and systems
  • Review and update operational procedures and controls
  • Deliver training on system, process or procedural changes
  • Coordinate go-live and implementation activities
  • Act as point of contact for incidents and stakeholder support following go-live
