This position is pivotal in driving cross-departmental initiatives, optimizing performance, boosting sales, and securing incremental growth across marketing, operations, customer experience, and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Craft and communicate a growth-focused product strategy that aligns with business goals, market dynamics, and user demands.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Spearhead collaboration with UX designers, developers, and various teams to ensure smooth communication and successful product launches.
- Team Management: Motivate and guide a team towards fostering innovation and collaboration.
- User Experience: Enhance user interfaces alongside UX designers, prioritizing customer-centric design principles.
- Development Supervision: Oversee the product development lifecycle from inception to launch, guaranteeing the delivery of quality features.
- Roadmap Development: Formulate and manage a product roadmap, selecting features that promise the highest business impact and user satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Partner with QA teams to set and uphold high product quality standards, ensuring an impeccable user experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar field.
- Over 5 years of experience in e-commerce or product management, with a preference for candidates familiar with the retail industry or consumer-facing products.
- Expertise in UX design, website infrastructure, and analytical tools.
- Demonstrated success as a Product Manager within a Shopify Plus environment.
- Exceptional communicator with stellar stakeholder management abilities.
- A strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, capable of making data-informed decisions.
- A highly organized, results-oriented individual capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
