E-commerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules, and systems to ensure quality.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for seller ecosystem related capability build up in terms of strategy, product feature design and mechanism, like seller segmentation, seller eligibility to e-commerce scenarios of traffic and benefits.
2. Gather and analyze data and trends to recommend policy, metric, process, and product improvements.
3. Responsible for seller performance monitoring on key metrics to diagnose and solve problems across the seller lifecycle and apply appropriate policies to sellers in different tiers/stage.
4. Conduct AMS regional wise research for seller policies, from hypothesis generation, gathering and analysing large datasets to draw out key insights, to conducting interviews/ surveys with sellers.
5. Lead and co-work with all cross-function teams to achieve project targets and incorporate cross-domain applications to the seller ecosystem.
6. Collaborate with cross-function on seller education, case investigation and problem solving.
7. Support regional new markets on seller governance policy knowledge transfer and start-up policy system establishment in strategy, product and mechanism.
Qualifications
Basic Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Science or Engineering, or related majors.
2. At least 8 years of hands on and in-depth experience in e-commerce seller or listing governance and implementation, or online operations and escalation environment, or research. Deep insights on seller ecosystem build up and seller eligibility in e-commerce scenarios.
3. 3 years and more data driven and result driven strategy design experience to identify insights from quantitative data. Sensitive to key business metrics and data trending in seller performance management. Equipped with analytical tools (Excel/SQL/Pathyon...)
4. Strong problem solving skills with demonstrated projects driven experience in both short term and long term business solutions to resolve top platform risks and build up e-comm platform safety guardrails
5. At least 2-3 independent projects lead experiences with cross-function with accomplishment of e-comm platform basic governance capability build up and with visualized result proven.
6. Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully within ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.

Preferred Qualification
1. Demonstrated seller or listing governance/research experience in key e-commerce retail market players.
2. New market opening experience which brings insights on strategy fitness to different business stages.
