Job Summary

A fast-growing startup operating at the intersection of blockchain, Web3, and cybersecurity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its dynamic and innovative team. This individual will play a key role in defining and executing the product strategy for advanced security solutions within the Web3 ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is passionate about decentralized technologies and has a strong track record in technical product management, particularly in cybersecurity or blockchain environments.

Key Responsibilities

Product Specification

  • Define comprehensive, detailed product specifications that include functional requirements, system integrations, and user interfaces

  • Ensure alignment between technical feasibility and customer needs, providing clear guidance for development and engineering teams

Prioritization

  • Develop and implement a framework to evaluate and prioritize product features based on strategic value, customer impact, and available resources

  • Balance short-term deliverables with long-term vision to optimize product development outcomes

Market Intelligence

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer needs within the Web3 security space

  • Translate insights into actionable product strategies that keep pace with industry developments

Customer Engagement

  • Maintain strong relationships with users and customers to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and run proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives

  • Act as a key liaison between end users and internal teams to ensure solutions are aligned with real-world challenges

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, process management, or a related role within cybersecurity, Web3, or software technology sectors

  • At least 3 years of technical experience in software development, architecture, or managing technical products (e.g., APIs, developer platforms)

  • Solid understanding of blockchain technologies, decentralized systems, and Web3 security principles

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple initiatives concurrently

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
