Job description
? Now Hiring: Cyber & Privacy Litigation Partner
? Total Comp: $280K–$375K+
? Open to remote | Preference for TX, CA, or IL-based candidates
I'm working with a highly regarded, forward-thinking law firm that's looking to bring on a senior partner to lead and grow their Cyber, Privacy, and Tech E&O litigation bench.
They're looking for someone with deep experience handling complex litigation tied to data breaches, technology errors & omissions, and privacy disputes — ideally someone who’s equally comfortable in the courtroom and advising clients on regulatory risk and compliance strategy.
Ideal fit:
? 7+ years of experience at an AmLaw, Law360 400, or well-known boutique
? Background in cyber, privacy, tech, and/or professional liability litigation
? Experience with regulatory investigations and risk mitigation strategy
? Portable book of business is preferred (starting around $350K), but not a hard requirement
What’s on the table:
? Total comp in the $280K–$375K+ range depending on experience + book
? Remote flexibility, strong infrastructure, and full BD support
? Collaborative leadership and opportunity to build your own team/practice
If you're a senior litigator looking for a stronger platform in the cyber/privacy space, or just ready to make a strategic move, shoot me a message — happy to talk confidentially.
