£450 per day Inside IR35

Role Description:

We are seeking a CyberArk Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of privileged access management solutions across the bank. As a trusted advisor and technical authority, you will drive innovation, ensure compliance, and guide teams in securing critical systems and sensitive data using CyberArk technologies.

Key Responsibilities
•       Serve as the primary expert on CyberArk architecture, deployment, and operations across the enterprise.
•       Lead the development of custom plugins and PSM connectors to integrate CyberArk with diverse applications and platforms.
•       Define and enforce privileged access policies, standards, and best practices aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
•       Provide strategic guidance on IAM initiatives, risk mitigation, and control frameworks.
•       Conduct technical assessments, audits, and reviews to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
•       Collaborate with engineering, security, and business teams to ensure CyberArk solutions support enterprise objectives.
•       Stay ahead of emerging trends in IAM and cryptographic technologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
•       Mentor and support internal teams on CyberArk capabilities, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Required Skills & Experience
•       Extensive hands-on experience with CyberArk solutions, including implementation, configuration, and lifecycle management.
•       Deep understanding of plugin development, PSM connector integration, and CyberArk vault management.
•       Strong background in information security principles, access controls, and risk management.
•       Proven ability to lead complex IAM projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
•       Experience in incident response, decision-making under pressure, and stakeholder communication.
•       Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and control environments (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).
