Are you an experienced UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos Dimensions) professional ready to make a significant impact? We need your expertise to optimise workforce management solutions for a leading organisation.
What You’ll Do:
- Configure, maintain, and enhance UKG Pro WFM modules including Timekeeping, Absence, Advanced Scheduling, and Analytics.
- Support system integrations, upgrades, and customizations in conjunction with UKG Dimensions.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other teams to gather requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for UKG Dimensions and Passport users.
- Lead training sessions to ensure end-users are empowered to utilize system features effectively.
- Monitor system performance, ensure data accuracy, and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Create and update KEDB documentation as part of incident management and analysis.
- Stay current with UKG features, updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve system functionality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (Kronos Dimensions), particularly in Timekeeping, Absence, Advanced Scheduling, and Analytics modules.
- Strong understanding of workforce management processes and solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and technical support.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management tools is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Working knowledge of Passport applications, SAP HR, or similar HR systems.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Relevant technical certifications and a background in HR systems or workforce management solutions.
- Prior experience working with UKG Pro WFM in a similar role, ideally within a field service environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Location: London – minimum 3 days onsite presence mandatory
