This isn’t a typical legal role. It’s part legal ops, part solutions architect, part client advisor, and part product champion.
Your mission? To help elite law firms and corporate legal departments unlock the full value of a pioneering AI platform built specifically for the legal world.
What you’ll be doing:

Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying key pain points and shaping strategies to scale AI adoption across practice areas.

Leading pilots, onboarding new users, and helping drive full-firm adoption in partnership with Customer Success.

Delivering clear, confident demos and training sessions that bring the platform to life.

Translating client insights into product development recommendations.

Developing best practices and playbooks that will shape the future of this function globally.

Guiding legal teams through one of the most profound shifts in how legal work gets done—moving from theory to action on AI implementation.
What we’re looking for:

5–12 years of legal experience, ideally a blend of law firm and in-house exposure. Legal tech experience is a plus.

Deep curiosity about tech, AI, and how they’re reshaping the legal industry.

Confident communication skills—you can navigate a room full of lawyers or engineers with ease.

Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, and calm to complexity.

A proactive, self-directed mindset with strong client instincts.

Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and building as you go - this is a role with a lot of white space and opportunity.
