Senior Full-Stack Developer
Fully Remote – UK Based
Salary: Up to £85K per annum (depending on skills & experience)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
We’re working with a fast-growing UK-based B2B SaaS client building a scalable, cloud-native platform for enterprise organisations. They’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a small, high-impact team and help shape the next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on, senior role with real influence. You’ll work closely with engineering leadership, deliver complex product features, and help drive technical decisions across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-quality features across the full stack
- Own systems end-to-end, from design to production
- Influence architecture decisions for a large-scale SaaS platform
- Lead by example with clean, maintainable code and reviews
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to develop faster and smarter
Skills & Qualifications
- 8 – 12 years of experience in production SaaS development
- MUST have experience using DSMN8
- Hands-on experience building scalable back-end services with Node.js and Type Script
- Strong back-end exposure, with experience building modern front-end applications using React or Angular
- Product-focused, hands-on, and confident influencing technical decisions
- SaaS & Scalable Systems: Deep experience designing and building multi-tenant, distributed platforms that scale efficiently in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Database Expertise: Hands-on with both relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB/DocumentDB), optimising for performance and reliability.
- AI-Enhanced Development: Comfortable using AI-assisted tools to speed up coding, improve quality, and explore smarter development workflows.
- Big-Picture Thinking: Able to design systems with long-term maintainability in mind, considering team velocity, platform growth, and sustainable architecture.
