In this new role, you will play a crucial part in driving and growing the businesses revenues. We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to lead the introduction of our target prospects. In this role, you will report to the Inside Sales Manager and work alongside our sales and marketing teams, helping them with qualified prospects from target accounts.
The BDR role is directly responsible for generating new leads using proven sales methodologies that will be taught in our onboarding program. The BDR role is an opportunity to join an industry-leading team while building a strong foundation of skills centered on our customer’s business goals, needs and value.
- Manage the lead qualification and prospecting process for defined pipeline generation programs
- Drive the outbound prospecting process to generate new business leads
- Qualify prospect customers from both inbound and outbound lead sources
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at prospective accounts
You will have:
- Proven experience in sourcing sales opportunities for B2B IT solutions in the £20-100k+ range
- A consistent track record of hitting and exceeding your targets
- At least 5 years of sales and/or lead development experience
- A positive attitude and strong personal integrity
- Self-motivation with an innate desire to win and to achieve stated goals/targets
