Senior Analytics Manager
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to build and lead company-wide analytics initiatives. This role partners closely with multiple teams, including Product, Business, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering, to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate has experience leading analytics teams in high-growth, hands-on environments and leveraging modern data tools to deliver actionable insights across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of analysts and data scientists, fostering a culture that balances creativity, speed, and analytical rigor.

Analytics Roadmap: Develop and own the analytics strategy, identifying high-impact projects aligned with organizational goals.

Strategic Projects: Lead and execute complex analytics initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

Tools & Best Practices: Select analytics tools and establish best practices for their use across the organization.

Data-Driven Culture: Empower teams with self-serve dashboards, reporting, and insights to support informed decision-making at all levels.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing an analytics or data science team, ideally in a B2C tech or high-growth environment.

Hands-on leadership style, comfortable contributing directly to projects (~50% individual contributor work).

Strong experience with modern BI/data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Omni) and experimentation/A-B testing platforms (e.g., Eppo, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, Statsig).

Expertise in SQL and statistics; proficiency in Python or R is a plus.

Excellent communicator with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts clearly in both verbal and written form.
