Job description

Our GTM Executive Search Team at Stott and May has recently partnered with a well funded, Series-A SaaS Organization that is actively transforming the way hospitality and hotel organizations engage with their customers. 

We're looking for multiple highly driven and entrepreneurial Senior Account Executives to join their team - focused on net-new logo acquisition across North America. They're scaling rapidly, have the strongest technology in their market, have strong funding, and are looking to take advantage of large customer interest in their solutions.

This role is based in office in Austin, Texas, 5 days per week.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience within B2B SaaS in a quota-carrying sales role focused on generating net-new opportunities
  • Proven track record of selling enterprise software into large/complex enterprise accounts
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles of 1-2+ Months, with high 5-digit deal values 
  • Experience in selling at the C-Level, ideally in the hospitality sector
  • Deep experience in aggressive & creative outbound pipeline development strategies; cold prospecting, event marketing, partner channels, marketing-supported, etc.
  • Strong operational rigor; having proven experience in running enterprise focused sales playbooks, client penetration plans, organizational structures, rep plans, onboarding, etc.
  • Possess a hunter mentality with grit and determination, and a farmer’s ability to nurture and expand opportunity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to achieve results together; be highly coachable and adopts a growth mindset
  • Highly methodical and processes focused sales person, someone that has a scientific nature to the way that they build pipeline, sell, and iterate
