We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Scrum Master to spearhead the delivery of our cutting-edge digital platforms. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate multiple delivery squads, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across our digital, e-commerce, mobile, and customer experience platforms. Be a key player in enabling high-velocity, high-quality delivery that elevates our brand and delights our global customers.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Proven experience managing Scrum cycles across multiple squads, especially within web, mobile, and enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, with a track record of backlog management and iterative delivery.
  • Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar) is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence, including reporting dashboards.
  • Strong conflict resolution and coaching capabilities to empower teams and promote collaborative success.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, QA workflows, and release coordination across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to balance team-specific needs with enterprise-wide delivery objectives in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience integrating AI-driven tools within Agile processes, such as intelligent backlog refinement or predictive planning.
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks or anomaly detection to enhance development workflows.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level portfolio management and cross-functional dependency resolution.
