We are seeking a dynamic SAP CX Solutions Manager to spearhead the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of our groundbreaking Single View of Customer (SVC) platform. In this pivotal leadership role, you'll merge technical mastery with strategic insight to shape the digital transformation of a prestigious luxury brand. As SAP CX Solutions Manager, you’ll oversee the seamless integration and operation of our SAP Customer Experience cloud solutions, acting as Solution Architect, Delivery Lead, and Operational Head. Your leadership will empower teams, foster a DevOps culture, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver best-in-class solutions that delight customers and optimize business performance. Required Skills:
  • Proven extensive experience with SAP CX solutions such as SAP Customer Data Cloud, SAP Customer Data Platform, SAP Cloud for Customer, and SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement
  • Strong expertise in software architecture, requirements gathering, and technical design for large-scale IT projects
  • Deep knowledge of web technologies, security protocols, data protection, performance optimization, and high availability architecture
  • Experience with documentation, code reviews, and architecture design
  • Proficient with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop teams
  • Demonstrated commitment to best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and operational excellence
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience in retail or luxury brands
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration
  • Certifications in SAP solutions or relevant project management disciplines
  • Experience working in hybrid or multi-cloud environments
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards like ISO 27001 and GDPR

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in IT solution architecture, delivery, or operations with a focus on SAP CX platforms
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams and large-scale projects

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment based in London
  • Availability for occasional vendor management and incident response outside regular hours
