What we are looking for:
- Employ expertise in Salesforce system design, operation, and integration
- Deliver guidance on optimal Salesforce administration and implementation methods.
- Leverage Salesforce automation tools.
- Coordinate diverse stakeholder interactions and collaborate with pertinent team members.
- Identify potential project challenges and hazards, and propose alternative courses of action.
- Carry out day-to-day system administration, troubleshooting, and upkeep for the interconnected Salesforce platform.
- Contribute to the ongoing expansion of essential reports and dashboards, while ensuring data administration and integrity maintenance.
- Suggest novel features and refinements.
- Create technical specifications and contribute to the comprehensive documentation framework for the business.
- Uphold best practices, and formulate security procedure guidelines.
- 3 years background in executing technical implementations for projects.
- Demonstrated familiarity with the process of collecting requirements for the Salesforce platform.
- Hold certifications such as Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
- Proficient in adapting to a rapid-paced and dynamic work setting.
- Exhibit strong capabilities in collaboration, communication, and delivering presentation.
