Stott and May is looking for a collaborative and skilled Salesforce Director to join our client's inclusive and thriving Center of Excellence team. This full-time, remote role comes with a generous salary and benefits package for your expertise. Applicants must be bilingual (Spanish/English), as a core part of the role is coordinating with teams in Latin America.
The Salesforce Director will be responsible for guiding the Salesforce CRM platform technologically, strategically, and operationally by bringing excellent CRM guidance to the enterprise. You will also set and execute a strategic vision and roadmap for the organization by collaborating with stakeholders and executive leadership. The preferred working times for this role are EST/CST time zones.
During your first few weeks in this Salesforce Director role, you can expect to begin work on some of the following areas:
- Liaise between internal teams including sales, marketing and operations
- Enable multiple business processes on the Salesforce platform and deliver working solutions
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the administration of Salesforce.com platform
- Manage enhancements of business processes and promote operational efficiencies across the organization
The ideal Salesforce Director applicant will be able to efficiently guide a team and provide strategic vision. You must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of teams and stakeholders. Thorough knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform will be vital to success.
