We are hiring a Salesforce Developer with Einstein Chatbot experience to work on a project with one of our clients in the consulting / Financial industry –
This is a remote contract role, 40 hours/week, starting 3/24 through to 5/16 – paid at an hourly rate of $70-80/h w2 or $80-100/h C2C/LLC

- Einstein Bots
- Einstein for Service Implementation
- Einstein Article Recommendations
- Next Best Action
- Omni-Channel routing
- Setup of Web Chat
- Creating Knowledge Articles
- Building Flows
Main responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Einstein Chatbots
- Optimize chatbot interactions using NLP / AI capabilities of Einstein
- Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and Einstein Chatbot components
- Create conversational flows and dialogue trees for the chatbots
- Integrate Salesforce data and objects into the bot logic to provide relevant information during interactions
- Use Einstein NLP capabilities to understand customer queries
- Connect Einstein Bots to "Einstein for Service" features (knowledge base integration, case management, agent assistance)
- Leverage service-specific data within the bot interactions to provide contextual support
- Monitor bot performance and identifying areas for optimization
- Deploy bots across multiple Salesforce channels (web chat, messaging apps, etc.)
Experience needed:
- Strong experience with Apex, VF, LWC and Salesforce APIs
- Einstein Bot Platform Knowledge, experience with Einstein Bot builder and dialogue design
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered chatbots /Einstein Bots within the Salesforce platform
- Experience in "Einstein for Service" module using automation / NLP
