We are hiring a Salesforce Data Architect for one of our consulting clients – to work on a FSC implementation
This is a fully remote US-based role to start ASAP, rates: $65-75/h w2 or $75-90/h LLC/C2C

Core responsibilities and experience needed:
- Assess core banking systems and legacy data sources to evaluate structure, quality, and alignment with Salesforce FSC requirements.
- Identify key data entities such as accounts, transactions, customer profiles, and households that need to map into FSC’s object model.
- Understand and evaluate integration readiness, including data cleanliness, historical consistency, and business relevance.
- Develop data mapping documentation that aligns source fields to FSC standard and custom objects (e.g., Financial Accounts, Individuals, Assets & Liabilities).
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to document current-state architecture and propose target-state mappings.
- Recommend architecture patterns and sequencing for onboarding data into FSC, emphasizing compliance, scalability, and long-term governance
Experience needed:
- Experience with core banking systems
- 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce FSC and associated features / requirements / standard and custom object and data models
- Experience evaluating integration readiness and data cleanliness
- Experience developing data mapping and architecture documentation
- Experience creating target-state mappings and recommendations for architecture patterns, sequencing for onboarding data into FSC
- Solid understanding of compliance, scalability and governance within Financial systems
