We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer for one of our clients in the consumer services industry
You will be a key contributor for the company that supports millions of customers with a fast-paced, critical 24/7 operation
The base salary offered for this role is $140,000-160,000, with benefits (healthcare, dental, vision, 401k, pension) and bonus variable of 10%
This role is hybrid/remote - candidates must be within 1 hour of either office in Coppell, TX or Costa Mesa, CA. In-office attendance is one day bi-weekly (Wednesday)

All applicants will be required to attend an in-office technical assessment evaluation as part of their interview process.

Salesforce Certifications (required):
- Advanced Administrator
- Platform Developer
- Data Architect (preferred)
- Integration Architect (preferred)
- Sharing and Visibility Architect (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor the team to improve the team’s overall productivity
- Lead efforts at the epic-level in JIRA and provide guidance to peers
- Coordinate with the other senior-level team members to advance best practices
- Represent the team as a SME for all assigned initiatives.
- Create at least two (2) new innovations, per years, for our platform that add value to our stakeholders and members.
Experience needed:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proficient in at least 2 languages/frameworks beyond APEX and Javascript (e.g. Java, NodeJs, React, etc).
- Functional ANSI-SQL skills and willing to adapt to any of its variants (e.g. DB2, MSSQL, Postgres)
- Functional experience with IAAS environments like AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Adept at taking on new challenges in technology and methodologies
- Clear understanding of basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, firewalls, proxies
