We’re hiring a senior IT leader to join a high-impact, high-visibility team within a global food solutions company. This role partners closely with executive stakeholders—including the CTO, CIO, Chief Retail Officer, and CMO—to shape strategy, define the technology vision and roadmap, and identify the capabilities required to execute business objectives.

You’ll lead the technical implementation and execution of initiatives across the organization, with an immediate focus on driving transformation within Point of Sale (POS) systems. Broader scope includes systems supporting eCommerce and Marketing.

This is a large-scale leadership opportunity, managing teams of 60+ with direct reports at the Senior Manager and Director level. We're looking for a passionate people leader with strong retail technology experience—particularly in grocery—and familiarity with platforms such as NCR and Toshiba.
