Salesforce CRM Technical Consultant
Remote in Europe
1 Year Contract - €250 - €290 Per Day
Responsibilities
- Design and define the technical architecture for complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security by following best practices and standards.
- Provide strategic vision and technical guidance for all Salesforce projects within the company.
- Mentor and develop the skills of the Salesforce technical team.
- Design and develop custom applications, functionality, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
- Commit to continuous learning and stay abreast of the latest developments in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and design effective solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Design and refine data models within Salesforce, focusing on performance and scalability to support the company's expanding requirements.
Requirements
- Salesforce CRM development and architecture on CRM products.
- Competence in object-oriented programming languages (Java, Apex).
- Relevant experience with CRM-specific data models (objects and relationships) and a good knowledge of database design principles (such as normalization and indexing).
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs such as REST, SOAP, and Bulk API, crucial for platform integration with external systems.
- Understanding of various integration models and middleware tools for building robust and scalable integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues arising during development and implementation.
- Relevant experience in migrating data from other systems into CRM and designing interfaces for synchronizing data between IT systems.
