Backed by top-tier investors and experiencing rapid growth, we’re seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to serve as the technical lead in high-impact enterprise and Web3 deals. This senior, customer-facing role bridges technology and business, requiring deep expertise across Web3, DeFi, and cybersecurity, along with the ability to communicate effectively with traditional financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Cycle Partnership – Work closely with Account Executives throughout discovery, demos, proof-of-value (POV) stages, and RFP processes.

Technical Storytelling – Translate complex blockchain risk concepts into clear, business-relevant insights for executives, CISOs, and risk leaders.

Demo Development – Build and deliver tailored demos that highlight the platform’s prevention-first capabilities across decentralized and institutional use cases.

Trusted Advisory – Serve as a technical advisor to stakeholders such as protocol engineers, CTOs, and security teams.

Due Diligence Support – Participate in enterprise security, compliance, and integration reviews during the procurement process.

Industry Representation – Represent the company at events, conferences, and workshops focused on blockchain security and financial innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Product, R&D, and Security Engineering teams to provide customer insights and influence product roadmap priorities.

Sales Enablement – Help create technical sales playbooks, demo scripts, and objection-handling resources.

Customer Handoff – Work with Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting, preferably in cybersecurity, infrastructure SaaS, or blockchain security.

Hands-on understanding of DeFi mechanics — including smart contracts, governance, bridges, oracles, and multi-chain architectures (L1/L2).

Experience working with banks, custodians, and institutional investors, with a strong grasp of compliance, risk management, and enterprise security frameworks.

Demonstrated success in fast-paced startup environments, with the ability to create and refine technical sales processes from the ground up.

Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for both developers and executive audiences.

Revenue-driven mindset and proven track record in supporting or closing large enterprise deals (typically $250K+ ACV).
