The Role:

The Sales Development Representative role is an exciting starting point for a long, rewarding and lucrative Sales career with a HR company that puts people first. You will be equipped with all the necessary training and tools to succeed as a key part of our go-to-market strategy. 

As an SDR, you will build out your network and be the first touch point for new customers keen to utilize our leading PEO (professional employer organization) platform. Responsibilities

  • Generate leads primarily via phone, email and social media

  • Conduct research to identify the needs and scale of an opportunity

  • Schedule qualified leads for AE follow ups

  • Personalize communications to high-value leads

  • Maintain active engagement with prospects and provide feedback on how to better improve your funnel and performance

  • Any Salesforce CRM experience
