Retail Stock Shelf Associate (AI / Shelf Intelligence Data) – Dallas Metro - Contract

My client, who is a leading AI company, is currently looking to on board a Retail Stock Shelf Associate. The role will see individuals working in the Dallas Metro location.
Individuals must have their own transportation, as there may be instances you’ll be required to transfer between my client’s store front offices for data capture purposes.
This is a 3 month initial contract with extensions to follow. 35-40 hours per week is the expectation.
- Retail Stock Associate – AI / Shelf Intelligence Data
- The job is a physical role, standing and taking pictures and scans of products for 6-8 hours in store. Individuals need to be able to handle repetitive tasks and scan demanding workloads. Note that the Data collectors do generally have autonomy to take breaks whenever they want.
- Key strengths for role: Having an interest in the data collection process, likes taking pictures; having a strong attention to detail to notice small issues; ability to use the scanner and proactively figure out more efficient ways to complete the data collection in store. Being reliable and demonstrating availability to be at store locations and on time.
- Measures of performance and success are measured by number of scans entered in dashboard and quality of scan (need to be clear and not blurry etc.).
- Past experience working within either a retail or warehousing environment is preferred
Hourly Rate – $19-$21 Per Hour + Per Diem Expenses (Mileage / Food Reimbursement)
