Regional Channel Sales - US

I was recently briefed by an Enterprise Software company ($1.5b revenue) that are looking to continue the build out of their Channel Sales business, with the need to hire multiple Channel Sales Managers (Remote).

The company has a plethora of platform plays across Digital Transformation needs, and has spent the last few years significantly investing in the product, rebranding and setting themselves up for success. They’ve identified a couple of solutions in the Security sapce that have hyper growth potential, and there is a concerted effort to engage and uncover new opportunities.

In this role you’ll be responsible for all Channel Sales in your region, looking for new business with resellers and distributors. They already have contracts and relationships with all the main players (Optiv, CDV, SHI, Ingram etc), but as they are transitioning from a national to regional model, there is plenty of Greenfield opportunity to get stuck into.

The hiring manager has a track record of running successful Global Alliance practices, and having been with the company for 13 years, he is very well connected and has a good network of people internally that you can lean on.

Money won’t be a factor for this hire. It’s an important one, so they’re willing to pay the right amount to get the right person in. They’re happy to let the market dictate where that ends up.
