| Project Manager / Scrum Master (SC) *candidates must hold an active SC clearance to be considered* Start: ASAP Location: 2 days on site in London Duration: 6-12 months Rate: negotiable, inside IR35 Key Responsibilities: - Lead and facilitate core Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews. - Ensure consistent and accurate updates in DevOps for full traceability and clear progress reporting. - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance team effectiveness; review and action retrospective feedback. - Support the Project Manager with project delivery tasks including internal/client reporting, financial tracking, risk management, and dependency coordination. - Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to plan and prioritise backlogs across multiple releases, ensuring alignment with project objectives. - Track and analyse key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) to support data-driven decision-making. - Provide ad hoc support across the project as needed. |
