London - 3 days required in the office/ 2 from home


About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Manager to support the successful delivery of transformation initiatives for our client, a well-established organisation operating in the retail sector. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of project management experience who is ready to take the next step and contribute to meaningful change in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

You’ll be part of a high-performing team, helping to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver a range of projects across various areas of our client's retail organisation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure objectives are met
  • Apply consistent project delivery approaches and promote best practice across workstreams
  • Support the implementation of solutions that align with our client's long-term strategy
  • Engage subject matter experts and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful adoption and training

Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Lead projects through all phases, from initiation to closure
  • Monitor budgets and provide regular financial reports
  • ???????Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and key documentation
  • Coordinate resources effectively across teams to meet delivery milestones
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues
  • Communicate progress clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Track outcomes to ensure intended benefits are achieved
  • Maintain structured governance and reporting throughout

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years of project management experience, ideally within a retail or consumer-facing environment
  • Solid organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
  • Confident working with project budgets and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMP (certification desirable but not essential)
  • Understanding of how change management supports successful delivery
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain focused and adaptable in a changing environment
