What You’ll Do:
- Build and own reliable full-stack software powering end-to-end insurance claim processing.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external users to enhance claim handling processes.
- Work with technologies including NextJS, Node.js, GCP, Postgres, and Terraform in a dynamic startup setting.
- Contribute to a mission-driven company dedicated to turning claims into moments of care, not confusion.
Required Skills:
- Proven full-stack engineering experience with strong proficiency in modern web technologies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
- Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code is a plus.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning integrations in software.
- Prior experience in the InsurTech or fintech sectors.
- Knowledge of Terraform, GCP, or similar cloud infrastructure tools.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in full-stack development, ideally in startup or high-growth settings.
