Procurement Consultant

- Provide procurement expertise and support within the Business Unit.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure product/service provision meets governance, value for money, and service level requirements.
- Champion continuous improvement opportunities.
- Manage workload priorities and escalate concerns as needed.
- Utilise company systems for purchase to pay, risk, and supplier management.
- Oversee contract management and address supplier under-performance.
- Prepare sourcing and contracting documents (RFIs, RFQs, Purchase Orders).
- Manage supplier payments and resolve related issues.
- Identify and record cost savings.
- Ensure timely deliveries and accurate cash forecasting.
- Lead specific activities and support junior team members.
- Advocate for the Procurement Function and collaborate to manage risks.
