Procurement Consultant
Onsite 4 Days a Week
 
  • Provide procurement expertise and support within the Business Unit.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure product/service provision meets governance, value for money, and service level requirements.
  • Champion continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Manage workload priorities and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Utilise company systems for purchase to pay, risk, and supplier management.
  • Oversee contract management and address supplier under-performance.
  • Prepare sourcing and contracting documents (RFIs, RFQs, Purchase Orders).
  • Manage supplier payments and resolve related issues.
  • Identify and record cost savings.
  • Ensure timely deliveries and accurate cash forecasting.
  • Lead specific activities and support junior team members.
  • Advocate for the Procurement Function and collaborate to manage risks.
