This role is Hybrid with at least 4 days on site in Los Angeles.
Established in 2009, our client is a pioneering lifestyle brand seamlessly blending fashion and sustainability. They lead the industry with a sustainable factory, vintage-inspired designs, and a commitment to transparency.
Currently, they are seeking an experienced PLM solutions architect to spearhead the implementation, deployment, and management of a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. In this leadership role, you'll address operational challenges, guide technical design, and digitize processes, fostering seamless collaboration. This involves a thorough understanding of challenges in product development and driving change management to enhance overall efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Deeply understand operational challenges in the product development process.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of the PLM system, driving system configuration, integrations, and long-term roadmap.
• Drive change management and user onboarding.
• Digitize tech packs, processes, and vendor communications, migrating data to a new PLM system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in operating or managing PLM systems (Centric, Bamboo Rose, Infor).
• Deep understanding of product development phases and tech requirements, preferably in the garment and fashion industry.
• Proven experience in influencing cross-functional teams, driving change management, and onboarding users to PLM systems.
• Familiarity with coding languages, operating systems, databases, and data analytics.
• Strong project planning and management skills.
• Experience with operations systems and technology.
