- Engage with end users to identify pain points and requirements, balancing potential trade-offs.

Skills & Experience Required:
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 6 years of software development experience, with a strong portfolio in Python.
- A quick learner with excellent collaboration skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical users.
- Proficient in Cloud architecture and best practices for running high availability services.
Highly Valued:
- Experience with Python environments (conda, pip, etc.).
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, particularly GKE.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes for a variety of workloads.
- Experience with batch processing in hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
- Knowledge of service reliability and scaling.
- Expertise in development environment and IDE setup automation.
