Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to take a leading role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. This position combines deep functional knowledge with strong technical capability, enabling you to guide project teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery across the full HCM lifecycle.

You will work closely with both business and technical teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable system configurations, supporting project execution from design through go-live and ongoing optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Design, configure, and customise Oracle Fusion HCM to meet evolving business needs.
• Produce and maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, and system guides.
• Manage and prioritise project tasks, deliverables, and timelines within the HCM workstream.
• Collaborate with development and integration teams on data migration, interfaces, and custom solutions.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
• Support go-live, hypercare, and ongoing operational improvements.

Your Profile

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Strong techno-functional expertise across Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, Learning Management, and HR Help Desk.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion configuration and setup, including procurement-related modules.
• Ability to configure and customise Oracle Fusion applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Experience performing testing to validate configuration accuracy and system reliability.
• Ability to stay current with Oracle updates, patches, and new features.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

Desirable

• Oracle Fusion HCM certification.
