AI Product Specialist (Focus: Discovery & Prototyping)
Hybrid – Cologne or Berlin (remote flexibility within Germany)
Your Role
  • As our AI Product Specialist, you’re the link between our users and our AI capabilities.
  • You’ll work directly with engineers and architects to understand their workflows, create low-code/ no-code prototypes and AI prompts, and validate which ideas truly make their everyday work easier.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with our CPO, developers, and designers — turning discovery insights into practical, testable AI solutions.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead discovery sessions with engineering, architectural, and construction offices to uncover needs and workflows
  • Prototype and test AI solutions — from simple prompt-driven assistants to automated flows (using tools like N8N, Make, etc.)
  • Design and refine prompts & logic for our AI features
  • Collect and structure user feedback to improve feature ideas
  • Collaborate with developers to bring validated prototypes into production
  • Stay on top of AI trends and identify new opportunities for our users
  • Support product delivery with clear tickets, testing, and iteration
     
What You Bring
  • 3–6 years of experience in product discovery, UX prototyping, or applied AI, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to talk to users, analyze workflows, and translate needs into solutions
  • Excellent German communication skills (C1 or higher) — our clients are German engineering offices
  • Curiosity for AI tools, prompting, and no-code prototyping
  • A hands-on, experimental mindset — you test and learn fast
  • Enough technical fluency to collaborate with developers (APIs, workflows, etc.)
  • Yiu are comfortable communicating in both German (C1) and English
     
Nice to Have
  • Background or experience in engineering, architecture, or construction
  • Familiarity with automation tools (N8N, Make, Zapier)
  • Experience with AI evaluation or feature testing
  • Basic scripting or no-code skills (Python, Streamlit, Bubble, etc.)
