My client is the world’s first no-code platform for complex underwriting, and the first Insurtech on Microsoft Azure. They have changed the way Insurers, (MGAs), and Brokers can design and deliver insurance products to market, allowing them to configure new products at speed, and with huge cost-saving benefits.
They have recently received over $40m in series B funding, so are therefore looking to add to both their new Business and Account Management sales teams for the EMEA region.
What they are after:
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales or software sales in a digital context within P&C sector
- Proven stakeholder management and relationship building skills, both with clients and internally within the organization
- An understanding of technology with an ability to connect client requirements to our clients’ solutions
- An understanding of the insurance distribution chain as it relates to Insurers, Brokers, and MGAs
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply for Executive overview as well as detailed requirements
- A positive team player but with a proven ability to make decisions in conjunction with key internal and external decision makers
About you :
- A Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years relevant professional experience (internships count!) of which you have ideally spent time in a fast-growing organization
- Exposure to software/ cloud architecture and its benefits at an entry level.
- Experience working within the Insurance market (i.e. Insurer/Broker/MGA) or tech start-up is a major asset
- Must be both technically and commercially savvy, with keen listening skills
- Ability to multi-task and diligently manage competing deadlines in a target driven environment.
- High EQ with a confident presentation style and networking skills
- Intermediate working of Excel & PowerPoint is a must
