Description
An exciting opportunity for an MI Analyst with a core passion for data looking for an impressive and rewarding role at a leading health services and solutions provider with a one of a kind integrated solution for workforce employee health management.
You will join a small and vibrant MI team and have exposure to a variety of new and existing projects, providing support and direction with your excellent SQL, PowerBI and Excel skills.
In a world driven by data, this is a role of the utmost importance to us and our clients. With that being said, you will work closely with the Technical Director and CEO, influencing the direction of our entire MI approach in order to better utilise our biggest asset, our data, and offer improved solutions to our clients.
Some core responsibilities
- Provide statistical insight, interpretation and discussion of healthcare rm’s data and customer data
- The ability to analyse, summarise and interpret complex data with excellent oral and written communications
- Multi-tasking skills when managing a range of various tasks, whilst keeping to deadlines
- Expected to interact with other directors and senior people within healthcare rm’s customer base, working very closely with the account management team
Core skills
- Experience with Power BI and or other Business Intelligent systems e.g. Tableau
- Excellent Excel queries ability and strong understanding of the Microsoft suite
- Basic understanding of DAX formulas
- Preferred experience with SQL databases such as Dynamics 365 CRM
- Focussed and proven problem solver
- Attention to detail and data quality management
