Key Experts-Transport, Energy, or Social Housing

Full-Time 3-Year Assignment Commencing January 2025
The Key Experts will have a shared profile, with each specializing in either the Transport, Energy, or Social Housing sector.
Primary responsibilities will involve overseeing assignments within these specific sectors.
Ideal candidates should have at least 15 years of overall work experience, with a minimum of 10 years in the respective sector (Transport, Energy, or Social Housing).
Specific professional experience working with public administrations and national organizations in the EU and EU pre-accession countries is crucial.
Preferred candidates will have specific experience in Central and Eastern Europe, particularly in Ukraine or Moldova.
International experience in advisory for a minimum of 5 years is preferred, along with familiarity with EU/IFI procedures related to environmental and social impact assessments, economic appraisal of projects (CBA), and international procurement standards.
To qualify for these positions, you should ideally have an academic background at master's level or equivalent, with a specialization in one of the respective sectors.
Proficiency in English is a requirement, and knowledge of Ukrainian is considered advantageous.
