In this exciting role as a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial part in the company's mission to revolutionize marketing. As the primary point of contact for key customers, you will build and maintain strong relationships while driving revenue growth for assigned accounts. Your responsibilities will include identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and staying informed about industry trends and competitors. Additionally, you will manage customer projects and proactively address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients make data-driven creative decisions for their advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Education: You hold a degree in a related field, such as economics, management, or business administration.
- Experience: You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Key Account Management or Marketing Consultancy. Experience in Marketing Software Sales and SaaS is a significant advantage.
- Skills: You possess strong communication and project management skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Multitasking, problem-solving, and a growth mindset are among your strengths.
- Resilience: You demonstrate strong resilience and logical, critical thinking abilities.
- Language: Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English are required.
- Work Permit: You must have a valid work permit for Germany.
