Head of Customer Success
I was recently briefed by an early stage Product-Led Growth AI company that are looking to continue the build out of their Sales organization, and we are currently looking for a Customer Success Leader position (Remote) that we are hiring for.
The No Code platform that has over 200+ use cases, connects with your existing infrastructure and data points, and ultimately helps solve complex data problems and improve business decisions. The biggest selling point? It doesn’t require technical people to work, and you can have solutions running within 2 weeks.
Behind the platform you have a thriving community, organically grown and continuously sharing opportunities and use cases. Right now they are adding 500+ users per day, expecting to be at 100,000 by the end of the year. The engagement they’re generating is more than all the other vendors in the space combined.
This is a build from scratch opportunity; Operating as the first person on the ground you will be tasked to plant the initial foundations, as well as grow a high performing Customer Success org, which I would expect to be up to 60-70 people by the end of 2024.
Money won’t be a factor for this hire. It’s an important one, so they’re willing to pay the right amount to get the right person in, plus an equity play.
